Lickenbrock® was founded in 2006. It is a spin-off from AutoQuant Imaging, Inc.® AutoQuant, founded in 1994, developed and sold the AutoDeblur® and AutoVisualize® product line, which are 3D image processing software packages for light microscopy. The main business unit of AutoQuant was acquired by Media Cybernetics® in April 2006, and the remaining unsold part of the business became Lickenbrock Technologies, LLC, under two of the Cofounders of AutoQuant, Tim and Maria Holmes (read more). |

Lickenbrock is headquartered in the Center for Emerging Technologies in St. Louis. St. Louis is rich in history and culture with abundant opportunities for recreation, shopping, education and more. Many area universities provide a well-educated base of coworkers, and many high-tech businesses are located there. |
